Sifu Kristine Jones, like her husband, is also a professional educator and has trained for over ten years in Wu Shen Pai Kenpo under the instruction of her husband, Robert Jones. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and has been an Elementary School educator for over ten years. Sifu Jones has a Masters of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Las Vegas Nevada. Sifu Jones is the director of the Junior Training Program at East West Kenpo Karate. Sifu Jones has authored several articles on American Kenpo and education. Sifu Jones achieved her 1st Degree Black Belt in September of 1999. She successfully tested for her 2nd Degree Black Belt in September of 2000. In 2002, Sifu Kristine Jones was awarded Instructor of the Year. Later that year, she tested for her 3rd Degree Black Belt. She was awarded Female Instructor of the Year in 2003. One of very few individuals to repeat Instructor of the Year honors. Sifu Jones has placed in such illustrious tournaments as the San Diego Grand Nationals, the USA World Championships, and the USA Nationals. Sifu Jones is the Executive Vice President of the International Kenpo Karate Society. Sifu Kris Jones is a certified Phase III Instructor under the IKKS Instructor Certification and Training Program. She is also certified in Pressure Point Resuscitation through the I.K.K.S. and the Tae Guk Healing Arts Institute. Sifu Jones successfully tested for her 4th Degree Black Belt in Wu Shen Pai Kenpo on March 6, 2005.
